Pereskiopsis är ett släkte som omfattar 7 arter i familjen kaktusväxter. Växterna i släktet är buskar som inte förgrenar sig särskilt mycket och som inte blir högre än 4 meter. Bladen är elliptiska, äggrunda till spatelformade och är mer eller mindre suckulenta. Blomman är rosa, röd eller gul. Utbredningsområdet är i Mexiko, i Guatemala och Honduras i Centralamerika samt i Bolivia i västra Sydamerika.
