Luisia är ett släkte i familjen orkidéer som har sitt naturliga utbredningsområde på den indiska subkontinenten, i Kina, östra Asien, Indokina, Malesien, Papuasien, Australien, sydvästra Stilla havet och nordvästra Stilla havet. Släktet omfattar ungefär 50 arter.

Arter i släktet Luisia är epifyter med ett monopodialt växtsätt.
