Cotylolabium är ett monotypiskt släkte i familjen orkidéer som har sitt naturliga utbredningsområde i sydöstra Brasilien.
Arten i släktet Cotylolabium är markväxande med ett sympodialt växtsätt. Blomman är gul och sitter i samlingar likt ax på en lång stjälk.
