Systematik
Det vetenskapliga namnet "Neurachninae" fick denna undertribus av William Derek Clayton & Stephen Andrew Renvoize i publikationen Kew bulletin. Vol.13 när den gavs ut 1986. Typsläkte är Neurachne.
