Echinopogoninae är en undertribus i familjen gräs och består av 5 släkten. Arter i denna undertribus har sitt sammanlagda utbredningsområde i östra Asien, Malesien, Papuasien, Australien, Nya Zeeland, södra centrala Stilla havet, norra centrala Stilla havet, nordvästra USA, nordöstra USA, sydöstra USA och södra Sydamerika.
