Bulbophyllum blaoense är en art i bulbofyllumsläktet och familjen orkidéer som har sitt naturliga utbredningsområde i fuktiga skogar längs bergssluttningar på höjder från 800 till 900 meter i Vietnam.

B. blaoense är mycket små örter som är epifyta med ett sympodialt växtsätt och har pseudobulber. Arten bildar små tuvor med hjälp av rhizomer mellan pseudobulberna. Bladen är omvänt lansettformade och ett ensamt blad utvecklas ur pseudobulben. Blomman är rödaktig med gulaktig läpp och blir upp till 1,5 centimeter i diameter. Den utvecklas på ett blomskaft som blir 7 till 12 centimeter långt. Från 2 till 6 blommor utvecklas samtidigt på samma blomskaft, arrangerade likt en solfjäder, upprättväxande från basen av stammen.

B. blaoense trivs bäst i ljusdunkel skugga till halvskugga och en genomsnittlig nattemperatur från 19 till 24°C. Blomning sker under tidig vår.
