Cornelia Klak, född 1968, är en sydafrikansk botaniker med inriktning på isörtsväxter i Sydafrika. De senaste 16 åren har hon varit kurator på Bolus Herbarium och har en doktorstitel i botanik från Kapstadens universitet.
